He brings a real five-year production résumé, receiving utility, kick-return experience, and a 2025 Indiana season that helped prove the Maryland production was portable. The Raiders already drafted Mike Washington, so Hemby has to fight from the underside of the roster, but he is exactly the kind of polished, multi-phase back who can make a summer room annoying.
