Takedown and copyright requests
We respect the rights of players, rights holders and creators. If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, misuses your name or likeness, or is inaccurate, contact us at contact@tl3rds.com and include: your name and contact details; who you represent (if anyone); the page address; a description of the concern; what you want done (remove, correct, replace or credit); and a statement that you are authorized to make the request.
Copyright notices (DMCA). Send notices to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, TL3 Football LLC, 411 NE 3rd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444, contact@tl3rds.com. Include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We may remove or disable content and will terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice.
Reviewing or removing content is not an admission of fault, liability or infringement.
Public works in The Stacks
The Stacks on The Late Thirds hosts football works that are in the U.S. public domain or published under an open licence (such as CC0 or CC BY). Each one shows where it came from, its licence or public-domain status, the credit its author or source asks for and what, if anything, TL3 changed. Rights are checked one work at a time before anything is hosted. Hosting a work does not mean its author or source endorses TL3. If you hold rights in a work we host and believe it should not be there, use the takedown steps above and we will review it promptly.
Concerns about an independent creator’s content or services come to us at contact@tl3rds.com, not only to the creator, and we handle them the same way.
