The Read: Boerkircher is not a volume-receiving bet out of the box. He is a Day 2 tight end investment with size, blocking utility, heavy-personnel value, and just enough hands to stay on the field. The fantasy path is slow and role-dependent, but Jacksonville did not spend pick 56 on a decorative trench hat. If the routes and red-zone work grow from the blocking base, he becomes a useful TE-premium patience play.
