The Read: Higbee is not the shiny young volcano anymore, but he remains one of those veteran tight ends who makes an offense easier to call. He has enough route feel to punish soft spots, enough size to live in traffic, and enough Rams trust to stay relevant when the passing game needs a chain-moving outlet. Dynasty managers should treat him as a short-window TE2/streaming piece, not a rebuild asset. Useful hammer, aging handle.
Dynasty UseWin-now depth with weekly utilityBest rostered by contenders that want a cheap injury/bye-week tight end who still has real offensive trust inside a functional passing game.
Risk ShapeAge, volume squeeze, and room competitionHigbee is in the late-career zone. Colby Parkinson, younger tight ends, and Rams personnel shifts can all reduce the weekly route/target runway.
