The Read: Larison is a compact runner, legitimate receiving back, experienced kickoff returner, former package quarterback, and pass protector with one NFL exhibition flash and zero regular-season touches. New England kept him on injured reserve after a broken foot ended his 2025 summer, preserving a second chance that most undrafted backs never receive. He entered 2026 spring work with RB3 momentum, but rookie Jam Miller has been the more consistent camp runner while Larison remains prominent in the kickoff-return rotation. The dynasty bet is not that 6,504 college all-purpose yards force an NFL role. It is that enough of his multipurpose skill survives the roster fight to earn one.
Dynasty UseDeep-roster utility stashHold where an RB3 job, kickoff-return role, or injury-driven passing-down window would create actionable value.
Risk ShapeJob before touchesUndrafted capital, a repaired foot, average long speed, and Jam Miller’s camp rise keep the 53-man floor exposed.
