The Read: Horn is a small, sudden, return-capable receiver whose easiest NFL path starts with speed and manufactured touches, not alpha volume. The rookie year gave Carolina 19 offensive touches, 177 scrimmage yards, and a proof-of-concept role, but not enough weekly target weight for normal fantasy lineups.
