The Read: Bourne has already beaten the normal undrafted receiver clock, and Arizona paid to keep that veteran utility in the league for two more years. The 2025 return to San Francisco produced 551 yards, zero touchdowns, and two electric 142-yard games – proof that the route craft and downfield tracking still work, not proof of weekly fantasy volume. He enters 2026 as the Cardinals’ veteran third receiver behind Michael Wilson and Marvin Harrison Jr., with Trey McBride also commanding priority targets. The dynasty case is practical: deep-roster depth with injury-triggered flex utility, not a 31-year-old asset to inflate because of two eruption weeks.
Dynasty UseVeteran depth with spike accessHold in deep leagues when the roster can absorb a low-volume WR3 who becomes flex-usable if Arizona loses a primary target.
Risk ShapeRole security beats target securityThe contract supports a real NFL job; age and a crowded target order make predictable fantasy volume a different question.
